Traditional Catholic Chemistry
Traditional Catholic ChemistryIn this article we will be discussing some of the traditional Catholic chemistry that is used in the traditional way. The purpose of using chemistry to assist the church is to help our faith is strong and successful. We can read books about all of the theories on how the world works but if we do not use the knowledge to gain something from it then we may as well never know how the world works. This article will focus on traditional Catholic chemistry. The chemistry and biology that are taught at the Catholic schools will be much different than those in most schools in the United States. Science has changed so much over the last few hundred years that the teaching of it needs to be different. We need to be taught about modern scientific theories like biochemistry and biophysics.Chemists and biologists must learn all of the chemistry that has been discovered since the beginning of time. It would be impossible for them to even consider using old theories bec ause they have no clue what they are talking about. This knowledge is a key in how they can build things that work and are beneficial to mankind. Some of the best chemistry that is taught in the Catholic schools is molecular biology. We must understand that everything in the world was created through matter and energy. So, being a biochemist is a great way to learn about this fact. The biochemistry coursework that is given at the Catholic schools will begin with a day that will cover things like DNA structure. This will cover the different nucleotides and bases that are found in a cell. These nucleotides will make up all of the proteins that make up the cell. Scientists can make things to resemble these nucleotides but they cannot make them.Enzymes are what make things happen inside of cells. They are used in the process of creating protein from amino acids. The big question for us now is what is an enzyme? An enzyme is simply a chemical reaction that is designed to help the body to ac complish a task. Think of it as a cleaning tool for your car. An enzyme is like a spark plug that will be used to help make the car go.The Catholic schools do not teach physics and chemistry in the traditional way. However, they still have some good information available. The human body is made up of molecules. The creation of proteins from amino acids is the basic function of any living organism.
